Hi.
For a few days over the weekend, I suddenly began, instead of seeing just the number of watchers listed, views AND watchers on the active sale page, all in one place. I have also seen it when I've accidentally found myself on ebay US when I access my ebay.
I found it really useful to be able to see the number of views without having to click through to each individual item, it's helping me see interest levels and whether my prices are too high.
Then this morning it was gone again. What is up with this feature? Was ebay AU trialing it this weekend, if so, please keep it! Is there an option for me to choose it? I couldn't seem to find one.

It seems to be a new feature but it doesn't work for everyone all of the time. Maybe it will improve.

it was a trial ebay were running over the weekend.
number of viewers does NOT indicate whether your prices are too high or too low.
in fact, when I see something worth say, $10-20 listed for say $50- or $60 I put it on my watch list, not because I want to buy but to see if anyone is willing to really pay tht much.
watchers are often other sellers, not prospective buyers.

I experienced this yesterday and it is not there this morning. It would be nice if there was some sort of continuity especially since the most recent price hike in fees.

van_werkhoven, as you have a store you can subscribe free to Selling Manager Pro and see the information you are after all on one screen. To subscribe go to your My eBay and under the Account tab click on Subscriptions.
You can then set your My eBay landing page to whichever screen you prefer. We use the Summary page to show Active Selling (with minimum number of columns showing) and Sold and click on the SMP Active when we want to see more detail.
