this happened to my daughter, what would you do
she purchased 3 separate small items that was $4.00 each with free postage that went into a large letter $1.40 very light weight .
now what would you do as a seller they can all fit and weigh in a large letter under the 125g weight would you send it in 1 large letter or separately or send it in 1 large letter and give a refund for postage or no refund

I now feel I am suitably qualified to comment further on this thread as I am a buyer who has bought three low priced free post items.
oh damn, I paid for all three together so of course the seller is within their rights to send them in one parcel. Wait right there, I'll be back in a few minutes . . .

I was only kidding, I would never buy three separate items from the one seller and pay for each on separately just to run some experiment for the purposes of responding in a thread. I needed the additional three items so I didn't even buy them to prove a point. I did it to lighten the mood around here. Too much agro/angst . . . . . surely everyone, joe included, has bigger things to worry about than whether a seller of low priced items would refund any amount from three low-priced freepost items . . . . .
. . . . but, just out of interest joeth, what are the item numbers for the items your daughter bought so we can look at the listings?

The average ebay seller? Alas, there is no such animal.

Joe: There are homeless people out there you could help, and direct your energies towards ..... and they couldn't care less about postage issues ....... and you could change a few light bulbs at the local soup kitchen ......... This is not a joke or a snide comment as I volunteer with the homeless and its great (I even talk to them about some of these threads !!!).

Well report them immediately to eBay, and let us know when eBay has made them walk the plank for postage piracy.
eBay no longer see it as an issue because they get their cut.

Done it but as you know I won't be notified of the outcome because of privacy issues and the seller won't be notified either of their pirating lol
So win win for ebay.
