WHAT WOULD YOU DO

this happened to my daughter, what would you do

she purchased 3 separate small items  that was $4.00 each with free postage that went into a large letter $1.40  very light weight .

now what would you do as a seller they can all fit and weigh in a large letter under the 125g weight  would you send it in 1 large letter or separately  or send it in 1 large letter and give a refund for postage  or no refund

this is not a trick question ,its all about what the everage ebay seller would do, i am curious .

I have no answer to how the average seller would package the items.....one parcel or separate parcels but definitely no refund of postage.

By ebay rules, sellers can give a discount on postage but not on the item cost.  If the items are listed as Free Postage there is no postage to discount.

Yes, l was taught that at my Kindy as well !!!!!     Seems SIMPLE enough for me & Simple Simon. SIMPLE.

Careful Lyndal, you're not a seller so you may not be seen as qualified to answer 😄

I always refund excess postage costs on free postage items. They get a 50-75% refund depending on how much they've bought. 50-75% of $0 = $0. So, I send them a PayPal payment of $0.
