WHY DOES EBAY ALLOW USED UNDERWEAR TO BE SOLD?? ebay can break their own violations

According to ebays rules used underwear cannot be sold, yet they can break their own rules and allow it. Look up stage bikini or stage costumes - at least 2 can be found, plainly used, some photographed on, and even washed. Yet on asking why ebay referred it to their trust and safety team, so the team must all be away as nothing was done.....Here are ebays rules if any one from ebay is here and cares to check   Used undergarments are not allowed. This includes but is not limited to:
Athletic supporters
Briefs
Boxer shorts
Children's sized underwear
Cloth nappies
G-strings
Jock straps
Swim nappies
Thongs
Panties

The OP was probably looking for new underwear which is where these listings appear.....there is no category for listing used underwear as it is not allowed on ebay.

I WASN'T!! I was actually checking out Swarovski and this stage bikini with swarovski crystals popped up. Obviously was not new as seller was wearing it. I know used stuff like this is not supposed to be listed.

If everybody did that, the item(s) would disappear due to lack of interest.

I received a message some months ago on a pair of New Womens Briefs without tags.

He asked if I would sell used briefs????

I replied I do not sell used briefs, as it is against both Ebay Policy and Department of Health Guidelines.

He then replied, that there was a big market and dollars to be made for Used Womens Panties and told me it did not have to be a model who wore them!!!

Of course I did not reply to this message, he had an Ebay Australia ID.

I also came across a listing for a USED pair of womens briefs, the seller advised she had many to sell.

I would have also thought this listing would have already been removed by Ebay, but obviously not!!

i was looking for underwear for xmas gift and came across mens used undys that the were listed with the word gay the description said would come dirty with a wink and photos showed a man with a stiffy in the undys he was selling terribly filthy and the thing is it had watchers on the sale i reported there is enough dirt porno sites no need to pollute ebay
