Hi Robert,
Thanks for consistently delivering exceptional service to your buyers. We're here to provide you a marketplace where you can sell with confidence. That's why we've taken the following steps during the past month to protect your account:
|
We've already updated your seller dashboard to reflect these changes, which are for transactions made during the past year. When we remove transaction defects, your transaction defect rate may not go down if you had transactions that received more than one defect. We'll continue to improve our monitoring, detection systems, and policies to protect sellers like you. To see these updates, go to your seller dashboard. |
My question is: How can I see what transactions do these apply to?

**bleep**

Riiighhttttttt. Those "qualifying transactions" qualify because *I* set them to qualify so they SHOULD be auto removed no matter what, regardless.
AND..
MBG thing is just **bleep** - they say this every month, random numbers, yet Ive not had a refund request at all - youd think if Ebay didnt allow a buyer to open it early, and they werent happy with the product, theyd try again the next day. But this has NEVER happened.

Me too If they are so good how come we Cannot See THE ITEM NUMBERS Involved.
More Ebay **bleep**

I also question this crop - I just received the same message. I'm sitting on 100%, 5 stars all round, with 1 defect from a neutral 11 months ago (looking forward to it dropping off, probably just in time to cop another one).
I get eBay's "We've done you a big favour" email, think "Bingo, maybe that defect's gone", but no difference to my dashboard whatsoever.
I just don't get what they are supposed to have done for me when it makes no difference to what I, or my sellers can see about me.
So much smoke and mirrors, methinks,
Cheers,
Marina.

These emails are lies and I can prove it.
Mine says, "Prevented 3 eBay Money Back Guarantee request(s) from being opened too early in the past 2 months".
My store has been closed for almost THREE months (while I move house and just take a break from selling) so I'm trying to work out how eBay prevented these in the last TWO months? This would mean that the buyer opened them in February or March.
I posted my last order on January 15. So even if the buyer tried to open it on February 1st, that's still a full two weeks (which would not be too early . . .)

I had 7 MBG's stopped. Funny, I've never had one opened against me yet either!
