Hi, I am interested in opening up the basic store which begins this month I believe, but I am getting this message every time I try to subscribe.
The requirements to open a store have not been met. Please register for an eBay seller account with a credit card on file.
I already am selling and have verified my account many months ago. I have sold around 60 items over the last 6 months or so already with another id.
Am I missing something?
Cheers.

"I have sold around 60 items over the last 6 months or so already with another id."
Did you try and open the store under cookmypotato or under the id that you have sold 60 items?
You cannot open a store on cookmypotato id until that specific ID meets the minimum feedback requirements

No, I used my sellers account and my cc is definitely on file.
I have feedback of over 200 100% ratings with about a quarter from selling which are also 100%.
Thanks for the help.

I just had the same problem....went to Ebay Live Chat & they advised that I change my fee payment details to "Credit Card"...open store....then change back to what I had previously....It Worked 🙂
