Just received the most annoying and blazey message from Ebay, Notifying me that my latest listing has somehow violated Ebay policy by:
"Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy"
Without Ebay being specific, leaves a guy scratching their head, wondering What are you talking about Ebay?
or more appropriately, What have you been smoking lately Ebay policy representative.
With no clue or clarification of where the policy has been violated, How can any reasonable person know how or where to revise the listing?
I have checked, re checked and checked some more, I have revised about 10 times on what I figured Ebay straining at knats on some worthlessly motivated all too precious issue might have got there nose unjointed.
And still no joy, my listing is still shut down.
Ebay really need to keep it real, by at least making properly known what the issue pertains to specifically when making these seeming erroneous proclamations.
I would post a link to the listing for a check over by Community forum users who might have been able to assist to find what the problem might be causing Ebay to all of a sudden get so pecious on me.
But alas, cant even do that, as the listing has been de listed.
Thanks Ebay, working your magic, yet one more time.
Ridiculous !
Solved! Go to Solution.

Well given your snobby attitude, I'm sure I and others here will all be very much better off.
And at no time did I insinuate or suggest or accuse you of being eBay.
Best to you in all you future endeavors.

Its already been one day, I have appealed the matter with eBay, and requested better clarification of the issue they accuse me of, and yet still no reply from them.
As far as I'm concerned, its all very indecent of eBay to act in such a random unintelligible way to cause a simple seller unneeded unnecessary and seeming unfounded grief.
And when requested better clarification, given the cold shoulder and basically ignored.
wondering how long till I get some kind of human touch from eBay to address the concerns of the contention they have caused ??
All the same, thanks for your support and kindly suggestion,
Cant see really anything done outside of eBay policy protocol, and really nothing out of the ordinary to how all my other listing have been presented.
Cheers.

Do I, or is that just your warped interpretation on reality?

Delightful, and intelligent consideration on reality.
Thankyou.
May better heads always prevail.
Have made an appeal with eBay against their violation accusation,
But essentially, after 1 days lapse, I feel, I may be better off banging my head against a brick wall.
Cheers

It makes perfect sense.
A lesson - never to put contact details into a description.

There were no contact details left in the eBay listing, that's why it is such a contentious bogus eBay accusation, totally absurd of eBay to pull the listing without even addressing where the policy violation exists.
Probably because there is no real actual violation.
Just one more act of eBay random madness.

Who is your competition, and how have they worded differently to you?
I’m assuming it’s something in your ‘blurb’, not your title???
……or could you try a different category?

It is exactly what you did
But I am sure by abusing me and other members, it will solve your issue

Do eBay representatives ever address issues presented on these Forums ?
I were under the impression, I had previously sighted times when eBay representatives had stopped by to offer some guidance,?
Would this be correct?
