I checked my accounts on both my user names and found them to be higher than I expected and found I had been charged Multiple times on what is supposed to be free relistings.So to everybody,Check your accounts,,It got fixed up for me with some guy from india..Why isn't Ebay Australia useing Aussies to answer their phones and chat problems.

Thank you for answering the staement related to and not how I wrote it or referring to the call centre,,,The person that helped me was from India .He said he was .I asked him because of his unusual name dHNUE.

Firstly you were probably talking to somebody in the Philippines, not India and secondly they do not use Australian call centres as it would increase their costs considerably and who do you think would pay those costs?
Your problem was correctly addressed so why would you be concerned at where the support came from?
It is unusual to find a big Australian corporation using an Australian based call centre so why would you think ebay, an international company, would pay more than they had to.

Same overcharging happened me me a couple of weeks ago on another ID
Charged for 48 Listing @1.50 which should have been Free. It was a Special Offer and the 1st one listed was Free, but all others were Charged
Contacted Customer Support and all were credited back to me
Just frustrating to have to spend time, once again, on Chat to get credits back
