Hi All thank you for taking the time to read this.. I bought 2 items from a seller with over 3000 FB Both items were $1.50 each and $2.00 for postage each. In the discricption the seller says he is happy to combine postage. I sent 2 messages for a revised invoice and have heard nothing. Both items could be sent for $1.40 but $4.00 I dont think it is right. Now eBay have sent me 2 Messages to pay for these items and the invoice is still not revised. I only bought these on Thursday night for my grandson so why am I getting these messages 2 days after purchase?

think some people have read this wrong.
I do not expect the 2 item to be send for $1.40, When the seller combines postage as said in the description I would have expected to pay $2.50. When buyers buy from me and they buy 2, 3, 4 or more items I always combine postage as best as I can and ship as 1 parcel or large letter. But this seller is not responding to either Messages or Total Invoice. The seller should at least contact the buyer. I will wait and see if I get an payment not received message I will pay it, but they could be leaving them selves open to very low DSR's
Its the principle the description says one thing.
Thank You

I am glad your problem has been resolved. Obviously the seller has replied.
I agree completely on 2 points. A seller should always respond to messages within a reasonable time frame (couple of days) & yes, if they don't, they could be marked down, especially on communication stars.
Someone mentioned how that can cause a defect for a seller but realistically, the stars are a record of how a buyer feels about a transaction and if a seller ignores messages, that's what is likely to happen.
