Ebay are allowing a buyer to leave a NEG not something a seller can do...I offered to cancel transaction, I offered to sell Item to them BUT the intention was only to leave a NEG before they even used the BUY NOW option. I was trying to remove the ad BUT slow internet and only seconds has left the dumb twits at Ebay eating out of his hands...Unfair when a seller can't leave appropriate feedback also.

Did you send the agreement to mutually cancel?
If yes they they declined it then call ebay and see if they can refund the FVF.
If you have not sent the agreement to cancel then 4 days after the sale you can open a non payer dispute and 4 days late close it and that should make the feedback go and if not call ebay and they will remove it.
To open the dispute to the right of the sold item is a drop down.
From the drop down select resolve a problem and follow the prompts to open a non payment dispute.

Why are you listing in US$ ?
Make sure you are in ebay.com.au when you list NOT ebay.com
The item was only sold 2 days ago so you have to wait 4 days to open the dispute.
For a new seller you seem to have a lot of issues all ready 😞

I'd have thought, with your predeliction to attract negative feedback, that you would be looking closer to home.
As you seem to have issues with eBay's business model, as evinced by your ID, I suspect eBay is really not for you.
Oh, yeah. It might pay to read the announcements that are periodically posted at the bottom of your My eBay page. Specifically the one where eBay state that generic pics are only permitted for NEW items. As it should be - generic pics can't show the condition of used items.

I must say (don't panic, no assassin is holding a gun to my head) that your responses to the questions on your tyre listing are umm err, very ummm helpful, polite and respectful I am sure that they make a potential customer feel like they're in for a totally awesome experience if they pursue the transaction.
