I have had allsorts of problems with overseas buyers not contacting me for postage costs then refusing to pay for the item. I charge less than it actually costs me and have the aust. post handbook to ensure i do not overcharge. they refuse to pay, and now will not contact me back.
I have one buyer at least a week who simply states they "didnt realise" or "didnt mean to bid"n and want to cancel sales. Do i have to cancel it?

to cancel out a sale with a non payer, you open a non payment dispute, wait 4 days and then close the dispute that cancels the sale, gives the buyer a strike AND most importantly gets your fvf back from ebay.
if you have so much trouble with i'national sales why not make all you listings ''Australia Only''

the only thing you can do is put in your listing for o/s buyers to message you for a postage price
you can open up an unpaid item dispute and see if that hurries them along and if they dont pay close
the case and they'll get a strike
i noticed in one of your listing that if a buyer pays by paypal they have to wait until the money is
transfered to your bank account.....that might peeve the buyer off waiting on their item
