When I click on my own "check out my other items' link....it takes me to Ebay's home page?? Is this because I'm on my own site (it's never happened before)? Can some of you please check my link?
Thanks

A known issue:
Dear twyngwyn,
This is a follow up email about your call earlier regarding See Other item link routing to a wrong page.
Our technical team confirmed that this is a know issue. They are currently working on fixing it. Workaround available is you can revise your items manually.
As for bulk revision, you can't do it on your end as your items have different item description. What ever information you place in your description using the bulk revision will be applied to all of your items. You may revise your item but individually.
We have no definite time frame yet as to when will the fixing be applied, however I can assure you our technical team are working their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thank for your patience and understanding. I appreciate you giving me time to work on your issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,

Oh great ! Revise all your items manually ? But what would that achieve exactly ?
Thanks for sharing the response

Another nonsensical piece of rubbish. They don't seem to realise that the problem is your link, not the descriptions. Oh dear..... shaking head in despair.

Still not fixed....I tried manually revising 5 items (yes, that worked) and promptly 'lost' the 3 free re-lists on them ๐

I sent a message and I also requested a call back. Spoke with a wonderful CS rep who agreed they are aware of the problem, but can't give any details as to when it will be fixed. She has added me to the list of complaints. Strangely though, she randomly chose 3 of my items to check, the first two all was OK, 3rd one took her to eBay home page Everything I've randomly checked takes me to home page . . . . . . .
To add to this, this morning when I re-listed an item, the postage methods were not showing any estimated delivery times - where usually it has in brackets 2-6 days or whatever . . . . . . . . . I also mentioned this while on the phone, but when she checked she said it looked OK to her ????? Just another glitch to watch out for I guess
