Its ok I have the same issue with new purchases not showing. Contacted ebay helpline and they said that every friday paypus and ebay do maintenance and have site issues.
No notice no communication.
Honestly what sort of a business expects consumers to put up with that sort of carry on.
I would not be going back to a business which said every friday that we cant really sell you an icecream cause we are doing maintenance on the icecream machine but go ahead and look around and buy, we just wont give you a receipt but will take your payment and heres a pretend icecream to keep you happy cause we are great at customer service. WTF!!!!!!
Its a weekly occurance that both sites are down and experiencing issues. Thats not customer satisfaction and it explains why people are going elsewhere to shop online
