Given any payments you receive for quite awhile won't be accessible to you for 21 days (for each payment), PayPal will just take the money back and refund the buyer. If it's more than 21 days, PayPal will put your account in the red if you've withdrawn the money and will come after you for it. If you refuse to pay them back, it will affect your credit rating and you'll be pretty much screwed for the next 10 years in regards to anything financial. Nothing LOL about that.
