We are getting 3-6 customers per day saying that they cannot select Express Post as an option on their mobile phone while checking out. it is driving us crazy as the option is there and the buyer cannot select it. Then they message and ask for Express post and we have to send an additional money request from paypal for it.
I have a number of them that have sent screen prints and the option is not there.
Anyone else having this problem?

I'm on a PC and can't see either....if I go to postage terms it is there, but not for selection. Is it because you have everything listed as Free Post?

All our items are FREE post and we have Express listed as an option which can be chosen during checkout.
I've not seen the problem described by the OP.

I checked your listings on my PC and on my mobile - on the PC, the express option is in the dropdown menu on the first screen of the checkout.
On the mobile, express can be chosen on the second screen of the checkout, by tapping the grey > in the postage section.
ETA: I meant to add that while I could find these options, they're not the most obvious, so chances are a lot of people are just missing where to change to postage method. I also get a number of people buying multiple items and changing the first item to express, but it doesn't get applied to the rest of the items so their payments are split and a second lot of P&H is charged. The cart is fun that way. o.O

Yes, this is happening to us aswell.
Just today, customer wanted Express Post,
I said Yes, option is there for additional $8.20,
I checked the invoice, and sent invoice,
buyer still couldn't choose/see express.
had to give direct debit details for the express then
have buyer email receipt, what a nightmare,
something definetly wrong here.

I have the same problem, People can not choose and It shows free Express post for them which it shouldn't free,

Your problem is almost certainly different to the one FOUR years ago.
It could be your settings, it could be that Australia Post have withdrawn their Express Post guaranteed delivery times.
