I spent three hours listing my first item to sell on ebay. Finally, I had one more thing to do and this was to click onto the 'Continue' button. When I did this, a message came up saying that a PIN Number would be sent to me via my phone or text. I added my phone number and clicked 'Text.' A message came up telling me to put in a valid phone number. I did this many times over and the same message kept on coming up. I gave the number to my house mate and I asked him to call my number. My phone rang. I got him to text me too, and I got the text. When I tried to go back to the product I was listing to sell, it had vanished.
When I went to Customer Support, they had no category under "Selling An Item" for the problem I was having. After spending another hour trying to get Customer Support and not getting it, then I have come here. Thank you

might as well be noreply@ebay.com.au
seriously?
You are showing yourself to be a serial whinger with your recent posts.
If you dislike eBay then stop using it OR adopt selling practices that will work for you. Many sellers are already doing so.
All I am now seeing when I go back and read your posts I have replied to is "blah blah blah" and "blah blah blah fees bad blah blah blah"

Ebay staff don't work here. Start your own thread and give us some more info then you will get some good advice from other buyers and sellers here.

You didn't buy anything from eBay, you bought it from a seller.
Have you tried the resolution centre, set up specifically for this sort of event?

If you spent any time on the boards you would know that emailing ebay is a waste of time as the replies are bot generated and never answer the question.
It is far better to have ebay ring you.....you get a more knowledgeable CS that way.

That is a US link so absolutely useless on the AU boards so now if anyone sees this useless old thread they will
get that wrong information.
Their Email option was removed from the help pages last year so that they don't have to answer Emails and they
believe their phone option is their best option as they don't believe there could be a language problem when
using it or you can use the Chat option and maybe get some correct answers if it's not to complex.
So as to answer the original question and any future questions on what's eBay's Email address and the answer
is THERE ISN"T ONE for eBay Australia as they removed that option.
This used to be it but all it does now is direct you to Customer service:
