What organisation rules the level of being liable in describing an item?.

I am re-selling from a wholesale fashion in Asia, ofcourse. I am using their pictures in my listings( for which I asked permision) and also the description of the item as accurate possible from their listing and sometimes measuring myself to avoid problems.

Started this little venture 23 nov., went well, till one of the dresses started a snow-ball of money back requests and negative feedback ''offers''. As i lost mu full use of my body due to an work accident I have to look in doing something to bring some extra money for rent, bils etc as a single parent, si I can't lose credibilty as a SELLER.

What can i legally do to prove that Iam not ''misleading'' buyers in my description or ''sell something totally different from the listing picure''? hope you can understand the frustration of being called..names when I AM SELLING THE PRODUCT ON THE PICTURE WITH WHOLESALER DESCRIPTION! NOW I HAVE MONEY HELD ON PAYPAL AND OPEN CASES THAT I AM SELLING FAKE STUFF. COULD NOT BELIEVE.

ALSO, PAYPAL CAN HELD AND RECUPERATE FOR BUYERS WHO WHERE NOT VERIFIED AS BEING RIGHT, BUT WHAT ABOUT MY UNPAID DRESSES I SEND AND JUST A LOUSY LISTING FEE?

PLEASE, TAKE A MINUTE TO THINK!!!!

P.S. CAN PROVE TO ANY LEGAL AUTHORITY THAT I AM NOT IN WRONG HERE, BUT PAYPAL....NOT SURE.

what everyone commenting on the quality of asian clothing is forgetting is most clothing sold by most stores is now made in china!

read your labels.. do they say made in australia .. prob not.

do they say not made as well as australia but made in china .. definately not .. major stores clothing is made in china..

do you think major , any store pays top dollar for their clothing because they sell it for a lot more? no. they just make more profit .

so why are australians paranoid about buying clothing directly from china etc.

an item sent express post from china went to 3 different sorting post offices in asia before leaving the country!

one in hong kong the next in singapore..they are both major cities ! what did one do that the other didnt?? crazy.

these are parcels LEAVING the country not arriving sheesh!

still that being said .. pardon my waffle fj.

they are & always have been 'copiers' . the photos are prob of the items they copied thats why the actual items differs.
