How does giving someone kudos inflate the kudos of the person giving it?

Ebay policy regarding feedback manipulation has nothing to do with board policy.

Feedback manipulation has the potential to ruin a member's ability to trade on ebay.  Kudos does not have any effect on a members reputation for trading purposes.

There is, and you know about it, because you have broken it multiple times. If you can find a policy about kudos, please link us to it. I for one would love to read it. I'm not sure how kudos is going to help you buy or sell on eBay. I am also unsure about what it has to do with buying programs to help build descriptions.
