What to do when a bidder retracts a bid 3 times over the duration of the auction period?

HI.  I have had an item on auction for 7 days, and on 3 occasions the same bidder has placed multiple bids on the item and then suddenly retracted their bids using the reason that "the seller has changed the item description".  This is fundamentally incorrect as I have made no changes to the item description after I initially listed it.  Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do???  thanks

Firstly, add them to your bbl (blocked buyer list) so they can't keep doing it with this item or any others.

I'm not sure if there's some way to report them to eBay, but someone should be along soon who knows a bit more than I do.

I would have put them on my blocked list the first time they retracted and lied about why
