Hi,
I was just wondering if and when does a seller lose their store, due to poor feedback ratings?
Im not sure if you do lose access to having a store if you have low feedback percentage.
Because I see some owners with 99.1%, 99% which is essentially they are getting about 10% negative feedback in the 30 days.
What I find more surprising is how can you actually let your store achieve that many negatives a month, without changing how you operate.
Do some people just not care about their low feedback? Since the money keeps coming in...
Cheers

A seller gets to keep the store as long as they are still a registered user and paying their eBay fees.
99% feedback means that only 1% is negative (not 10%) in 12 months and it would need to be considerably lower than that for eBay to close their account. In fact they would probably only limit your account, not close it in most situations.

However, the seller's listings are likely to fall in rank in eBay's default search results.
