Where did my invoice / bank details go?

a buyer purchased this morning, shortly after I sent the ebay generated invoice with bank details in the special instructions.

I also think these bank details are accessible through ebay checkout, although ebay hides them under the paypal info? buyer wanted to pay by bank deposit.

does anyone know what happens to these invoices, buyer says they never got it but surely they're get it just the same as the ebay emails?

Some members have been reporting issues with the messaging system lately. Has your buyer checked in eBay messages and not just their email inbox? If you have your bank details listed to show in checkout, they shouldn't need the invoice to pay. You have to tick a box in the listing for the details to show during checkout.

If you have that box ticked, when the buyer selects to pay via bank deposit, the details should show up on the next page after they click to pay now.

yes I should have told them to check in ebay messages - do the generated invoices show in ebay messages too??

yes I had the box ticked for bank details in turbo lister.  thanks
