The buyer has the item .and my funds are still on hold. can you take my funds of hold

Like all new or infrequent sellers your funds will be on hold for 21 days.

They may be released sooner if tracking confirms delivery.

And no I can't take your funds off hold.

Contact CS via live chat, advise that item tracking shows delivered and buyer has left +FB.  It is then at ebays discretion if they release your funds early.
