Like all new or infrequent sellers your funds will be on hold for 21 days.
They may be released sooner if tracking confirms delivery.
And no I can't take your funds off hold.

Contact CS via live chat, advise that item tracking shows delivered and buyer has left +FB. It is then at ebays discretion if they release your funds early.
