As the others have already stated, the 0 feedback is probably your biggest issue at the moment. The other thing that jumps out for me is the yahoo email address. Scammers tend to use yahoo addresses, especially the Nigerian scammers.
As suggested, sell some lower priced items first to try and gain some feedback. It will build trust with potential buyers. Even scanning official documents isn't enough, because they are easy enough to copy. You only have to look at the photos of the suitcases full of money and air tickets that the Nigerians send you when you lead them on!
I'm sure it will all work out for you, it just might take some time. Have you had many page views with your listings?

terms and conditions
Qualifying Criteria
Couples married or co-habituating for two or more years, singles officially registered with single status are allowed.
Both members of a couple (or single) must be a minimum 30 years of age prior to check in and no more than 65 years of age prior to check out.
Guests must dedicate at least 90 minutes of their stay to participate in a presentation on the benefit of taking long term holidays with the Absolute Group.
Guests combined annual income must be superior to 30,000 euro equivalent.
Nationality** any country where the first language is one of the following:
English, Mandarin, French, German, Norwegian, Finnish (high season only) and Dutch.
** Certain nationality exclusions apply - full list available upon request.
Surely this means that they are not real holidays but advertisements for time share or holiday property sales where the participants will have to listen to the hard sell rubbish usually promoted at these dreadful presentations..

You aren't offering a 'no conditions' holiday. That will put a lot of people off.
Age restrictions, co-habiting restrictions, nationality restrictions, income requirement to be met and worst of all have to attend a 'sales pitch' presentation and be pressured into signing up for something related to Absolute Group (timeshare accommodation?)
Not an ideal holiday.

Just checked your listings and googled Absolute Group.
My advice -
Cancel all your listings.
Selling timeshare with this company has such a bad reputation.

thanks for your comment, your right the terms and conditions are seeming like a hard sell for timeshare, but in fact its not a presentation of a hard sell its a tour to see the facilities and benefits at the resorts. and now if people are given a hard sell the resort of booking will actually pay back the purchase price of the voucher

Why is the tour compulsory then?
Why must people have a set minimum amount of income per year. As long as they have the money to pay for their accommodation, it isn't anyones business how much they earn.
Why the age restrictions? A couple aged 25 could expect to holiday in a place like that, but they are excluded?
I wouldn't book a 'holiday' like that. You did ask for feedback.

Seller notes: Promotional Holiday offer. NO OBLIGATION HOLIDAY. Pay $255 ONLY for 7 Nights..
Guests must dedicate at least 90 minutes of their stay to participate in a presentation on the benefit of taking long term holidays.
Misleading.

Another question:
Ramayana Resort & Spa
OFFERS YOU
7 Nights Accommodation
2 Adults 30-65yrs 2 Children 2-13yrs
Studio Apartment
$255 AUD
That resort doesn't appear to have studio apartments (which would be very small for 2 adults and 2 children anyway).
Only room there that allows 2 adults and 2 children is the Family room at $196US a night.
