I think your problem is partly the fact that you have 0 feedback and listings that look too good to be true.
A lot of sellers are reporting slow sales and buyers are being a bit careful with their available funds.
In the past there have been a few sellers of holidays that have ripped buyers off badly and I think you will find that anyone who remembers those scams will be very wary of a 0 feedback seller of holidays.

There's nothing wrong with your listings per se but you are selling in an especially difficult category where a lot of people have been caught out before by buying travel vouchers for overseas holidays and the fact that you're not an established seller and still have zero feedback is not likely to instill a great deal of confidence in you as a seller.
You might try selling a few different lower-priced items as well in an attempt to get that feedback to a level where buyers are more likely to be prepared to look at your more expensive products. Sorry to be so blunt, but you did ask.

🙂 I wish you well in your Venture. I hope that someone purchases 1 of your deals and has a wonderful, flawless experience and leaves you great feedback. Then, I think it may start "To Happen" for you. As you mention, you have to start somewhere. Good Luck.

Now how to raise your feedback.
Here is my suggestion:
1 - select a product that has a small unit cost eg beads 6000 listings with Buy It Now and costing $1.00 or under and with free postage.
2 - buy buy buy
3 - sellers can only give positive feedback
4 - Put the beads on a length of fishing line and you have a nice necklace, bracelet, etc
$100 should get your feedback up near 100. in a couple of weeks.
