Guests must dedicate at least 90 minutes of their stay to participate in a presentation on the benefit of taking long term holidays.
Misleading.
Screams time share, doesn't it? If that's the case, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
I'd say the income request is to make sure they can afford the ridiculously high prices of time share. If they're marketing it to Australia, they really should specify the income amount in AU dollars, not Euros.

Certainly not 'no obligation' thats for sure. Usually a 'catch' when something costs a lot less than its usual price.

All of the above and the typographical errors. Most discouraging, sorry.
specifying ages, couples, registered (?) singles also sounds like an ad for other activities.
not to mention, only certain nationalities.

If it is anything like the timeshare holidays promoted in Australia they insist on income limits and age limits because they want to sign you up for a long term, big $$$ commitment.
We got talked into attending a Presentation years ago and it was pretty high powered. As soon as we said we were not prepared to commit that amount of money for a holiday in the same place every year, they changed tactics and we were offered all sorts of payment plans, time payments etc etc.....
We were lucky to get out of there in 3 hours without signing our lives away...and our income for the next 10 years. It was a terrible experience. But we did get a free gift.....a cheap little DVD player that is still going great guns in my sewing room.
We still have more than enough income to meet their criteria but it gives me great pleasure to tell them these days that we are too old.

Latest post on tripadvisor re one of the resorts you're trying to promote and this is just the 1st paragraph
We are Absolute members and this must be one of the worst hotels they've put us up in. We get a "free" week every year, to which we pay an annual plus minus $400 management fee. So technically not free! That is beside the $15 000 joining fee we paid! We received phone calls on our first night after 8.45pm and then 9.30pm the next night from the Absolute rep to try and arrange a meeting with us- not appreciated. Who does that?? And I won't go here into the details of the conversation when I objected to his hour of phone call. Shocking behaviour.
Says it all really-avoid like the plague.
JMO but I'd look for a more reputable job rather than promoting this company and no amount of feedback would entice me to purchase from you.

Good heavens, just read some more of the T and C's
Disqualifying Criteria
Promotional weeks can not to be used for Honeymoon purposes
A group is defined as two or more families traveling during the same period to the same resort area or property.
Guests will be asked for their flight arrival details prior to check-in in order to finalize their reservation
Single when part of a couple but traveling alone
So does Absolute Group interrogate people on behalf of the KGB as a sideline ???
(hits back button rapidly )

Be totally honest here. You did ask for comments. Reading all the posts etc, from folk that are "Not in the dark" , it most certainly sounds like you are NOT just selling "Holidays" What are you Selling? If your not honest & upfront, personally I think you wont get that Feedback Score off Zero.

I'm not sure that quickly building a feedback profile will assist you in selling these "holidays". One issue many potential buyers would have is that they may be forfeiting their PayPal protection if buying a promotional holiday from you. This is because the 45 day claim period may pass before they go on their holiday.
As for your terms and conditions . . . . . . . . a real turn off.
