OP your practices are discriminatory at a level that is outrageous.
In NSW in is unlawful for a business through the services it provides to customers to directly or indirectly discriminate on the basis of age, gender, marital status, race etc

To the OP
... and BTW ... eBay may also be included as a party to any legal action arising from your discriminatory practices by hosting the garbage you have in your terms and conditions.
I don't even have to buy your product to initiate a complaint to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, the fact it is published and excludes me from purchasing, is suffice.

Why don't they just edit the title of the listing & change it from holiday to time-share.It woul be more honest but i guess the whole thing isn't designed to be honest.
Call it a holiday, call it a time-share,call it a concentration camp.Pretty looking pictures but smells like a scam.
Misleading title with fine print.

I want to know how one registers as being single? Is it the same as someone registering as being a junkie so they can access the needle exchange program?
The more I read of this, the more I think this should be reported as being a scam, because it's smelling more and more like that with every new post. I'm not suggesting they are going to take people's money and give them nothing in return, but they are not being honest about what this so called holiday is all about. People need to know that it's time share, because there are a few that are interested in that arrangement. People also need to know that once you sign up, you are trapped for X amount of years (15 for friends of mine). People also need to know that the amount they have to pay each year to get their 'free' holiday, is far more than what it would cost if they just book a regular holiday.
I wonder if the OP has now done a runner and won't respond to any more messages now that there are plenty of comments they don't want to hear?
