Able to print now. Red box error message from eBay originally said to try again later.

Having the same problem too. Printed out about six labels no problems, last one has the "Create Label" box greyed out. Live chat CS said it's a site wide problem and have put my ID on a list. Might take 2-3 days to fix. Yay! Advised to get a satchel at AP. Just great.
