ebay says 30 days this is recommended might be okay for ebay to hang out for that amount of time . I have one buyer who will not communicate have sent themand Invoiceand a friendly reminder but still no response, so I do not know if they are going to wait the 30 days before they pay or not pay at all. I have entered into a "Resolve a Problem". Can I edit these terms, there is and edit button in that section but doesn't seem to allow you to do anything.
Thanks in advance for any sugestions

May I ask where it says you will wait 30 days for payment?
Or even where eBay says this is how long they recommend a seller waits for it?

I don't personally know of anywhere that says you have to allow combined postage for 30 days. You're not getting confused with eBay suggesting that you have a 30 day return policy are you? Most sellers that allow combined postage will usually offer 7-14 days (although if you ask the seller, sometimes they will extend that if they can see that you are still actively buying. Some of the sellers that I regularly buy off are happy to keep the box open for me and I send a request for total when I'm done). Most experienced sellers ask for payment in 3-4 days if the buyer isn't buying anything else. After 4 days, you can open an unpaid dispute and then 4 days later, close it to recoup your final value fees (FVF's).
Can I just say, I love your salt and pepper shakers!!! They are adorable! You don't have any sheep do you? If I could pick anything wrong with the subject lines, 'swedes' is spelled with a W (although I doubt that would matter as buyers would unlikely be using swede as a search term) and also, your chefs, it looks like there's no space between shakers and chef. If someone searches for 'salt and pepper shakers', that one may not show up in their search. Lastly, maybe put some measurements in the description. Not trying to be horrible, just want you to do well with your listings 🙂

Chooks, can you stop finding me things to buy please?

In your Site Preferences you can select to allow combined payment for purchases made over a selected period. eBay recommends 30 days which is over the top for most items and sellers. Ours are set at 3 days. 🙂

sillygogglebear, you can open an Unpaid Item case 4 days after the sale, you don't need to wait 30 days. If you are using the Unpaid Item Assistant and have it selected to automatically open after 32 days then I'd change it.
If the Edit button in your Preferences isn't working try opening eBay in a different browser. Another seller today found that the button wasn't working in Firefox but it was in Chrome.

Oooops, LOL, SORRY!!!! If I didn't have multiple collections on the go, I'd start collecting those too. I've seen other people's S&P collections and they always looked so cool! I've always had a thing for fancy S&P shakers, but I already have enough things to dust!
