Why do sellers advertise free postage when it is not? False advertising people.

IMO the listings you are referring to are GREAT!....especially auctions!

The sellers have limited the market they can attract.

I find in 90% of cases I can negotiate a favourable postage price & have zero bidding competition enabling me to snare bargains!

WELL WORTH THE SECOND IT TAKES TO CLICK & HAVE A LOOK!

In addition NO ONE is able to "force bank deposit" on me.

Works for me !!!

You are correct. eBay is forcing sellers to promote false advertising. Please complain to eBay!

I fail to see how eBay is or indeed can "force" anyone to do so something they do not wish to do !

We don't get a choice with Ebay, it's there way or the high way.

You only think your getting a choice, you may trade on Ebay by choice but you have no choice how you trade on ebay, any way you choose to trade on Ebay is still there way.

So, with bricks & Mortar businesses like Mcdonalds, Subway etc, if they offer for example a FREE drink with your meal, do you immediately go to the nearest forum and complain, or is it only  ebay that you think should not use this type of advertising ploy?

But when you get a freebie coke from Maccas it is free to you as a consumer at the time you purchase the goods to get the freebie - so I actually fail to understand your point.

On eBay some sellers offer Free Post at no cost to the consumer.

Other sellers however offer Free Post by adding to post cost directly to what would have been the price of the goods otherwise.  That is false advertising and if you are a business it is unlawful to do this.
