Why does a seller have to wait to get feedback to get paid for item? This is happening to me. Has anyone else heard about this new rule? I have 450 pos feedbacks as a buyer. Now having begun to sell since jan 2015 I find funds paid to me are not accessible till the item reaches the buyer and I receive pos feedback. I've called ebay twice and they say it's a new rule since nov 2014.
