Hoping someone can help me.
I recently have opened a store and i found it easy to set-up at first, But after a few days i found myself constantly spending 30 mins just trying to find some info on the problem i was having (which was a new one everyday) to be finally directed to the 'contact us' button. Most of the help i received never resolved or even addressed the issues and mostly i was told to clear my cache and try again later. I've had problems with the advanced listing tool freezing constantly. Insertion fees being added for no reason. Automated rules duplicating items that were still available which i couldn't end and had to pay fees for. Negative feedback not removed that should have been. Most recently i cant subscribe to seller tools because the links are broken and send me to sales reports plus. Did anyone else have these problems and what resolved them? Is it just cos i'm using chrome?
I find the whole site hard to navigate with all the info you need being all over the place.

You would be much better off coming here to ask for a solution to your listing problems, even better go to selling in the Answer Centre.
I can't say I have many problems with my store but it has been up and running for years and unlike ebay I believe if it aint broken don't ty and fix it so rarely change anything.

I doubt eBay will remove those negative feedback. They don't fall into the category for removal. Although I did find it interesting that the last one you got said it was the 26th and it hadn't arrived yet, yet you replied to it on the 22nd......

You want to be using a "desktop" version.
Not a mobile or app version. They are full of bugs.
Ideally from a PC.
