Why don't I still get my 30 free auction listings after I opened a store?

Hi there.

I have been selling small, cheaper items through the 30 free auctions listings per month which is OK for me. When I opened a store I lost my 30 free auction listings and now don't get any. To avoid fees I have to list everything at a fixed price, Is this the way it works or shoudl I still be getting the 30 free auction lisitings per month? Thanks.

It is 40 free listings per month and yes that is exactly how it works, no free auctions unless there is a special offer on. Before opening a store you should have done your homework and worked out which was cheaper for you, unless you are listing around 150 items with a decent profit margin per month it is unlikely you will be better off with a store.

I have a store for BINs and I also have another couple of ids which I use for auctions. Altogether that means I can list up to 280 items a month for $19.99.
