Why eBay can not be contacted anymore? There is no phone number to ring or eMail to send a message.
Why eBay things that they have answers to all questions?
There is no ligitimate answer to this one:
If an item is posted FREE Delivery, Why the size of the parcel and weight mater????

There you go, I fixed it for you! I don't know if the following is the official reasoning, but it makes sense to me.
The size and weight of the parcel is important so that the customer/buyer can make an informed decision about their purchase. When buying on line, a person needs to consider "What happens if I need to return the item?". As the cost of this usually falls onto the buyer, it is something that they need to consider when deciding if they want to purchase.
Top right of screen - Customer Support tab - hit the tab, "Contact Us".
Follow the prompts and find, phone numbers, live chat, email and a call bback service as well.

Well they were open and available to answer enquiries yesterday as I got through on the phone very quickly and my problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently while I was on the phone.

Thanks for your response
however, there are endless blogs online which question ebay's lack of transparency
It seems ebay's become even less accessible as time has gone by
Ebay used to have an actual live phone number where people could speak to actual live people, in years past
Ebay also used to have a physical address in Australia
Seems ebay's decided it's not a venue or online platform but instead functions in the capacity of marketing advisor
and there are no longer physical phone numbers made available to all those from whom ebay derives its profits
Nor does ebay publish a physical address, apparently ----- not even a box number
Ebay has chosen to become invisible and uncontactable
except for Malaysians who apparently now the only face ebay cares to reveal
via supposed help-lines
and automated, incomprehensible messages
What I meant by the question in my previous post
is what is ebay's Australian phone number right now?
What is ebay's physical address in Australia right now ?

It is quite confusing that in your screen shot it is showing as needing to complete package dimensions for an item that is being sent FREE Delivery - however perhaps just select flat rate standard delivery option and then it should not appear.

That's a not well though answer.
What about a post card? do you have to tell anyone the size of a post card?
What about an A4 size document of map. A 40x 50 cm canvas?
It is worth considering all options before answering. Size is irrelevant whether Postage is Free of at a fix price.
It is only relevant os you claim to charge a customer at cost; However, even then they ask first before they bid.

I could not find any number of email address.
Could you please explain how and where did you find the phone number.
There used to be a contact number many months ago and you could talk to a computer with pre-organised answers.
Direct call is very rare.
I would love to know what did you do to get the phone numbers
