Why have I been charged twice for shipping?

Hey guys! Need some help. 

I have just received an email from eBay saying a payment is on the way to my bank account - but it is far less than I was expecting to receive. I then realised that I have been charged for two lots of sendle shipping fees. I have no idea how this occurred. 

Is there anyone that would know how to resolve this??

I don't use eBay labels of any variety, but it looks like you have bought 2 labels and need to cancel one to get your money back.

Some one with more knowledge should be along later to help you with how to do that.

It would appear that you have created 2 labels, even if you only printed one,  you need to cancel the label that you are not using.  I assume the process is the same as  ebay AP labels, in that you have 5 days to cancel and then have to wait approx 25 days for a refund

Like the others have said,  cancel the second label you created,  as long as you havent used it.

And if you have only used one of them,  make sure you cancel the correct one
