Why is Paypal wittholding my funds?

I don't sell much but have never had a problem,now I've just sold a jacket, the buyer has paid the funds into Paypal,  according to Tracking the parcel has been delivered,   and there's a note in my PP account saying Payment pending.   Funds will be released on 2 May.

What's this?     I've never had this before.  If the Buyer had made a complaint wouldn"t I know about it?  

I've written to PP but of course don't know when I'll get an answer and was just wondering if this is the norm now?

Edited to add I haven't received any feedback yet so do PP now wait for Positive feedback?

That's funny. 

I live on a main highway so anything put outside goes in a flash.  The more rubbishy it is the quicker it goes.  It's probly then sold on ebay as antique or collectable or distressed, lol.
