Why is a O/Seas seller with massive Negative feedback on a product which is Fake/false.

I am currently selling a genuine flash drive  from Australia. i notice a company in China is offering a so called 128gb up to 2 TB stick at a very cheap price. when i look at feed back there are hundreds of negative feedback on this account .False misrepresentation of a product which does not work  or help others selling genuine products.

Why is this seller still allowed to advertise here. ?????

More to the point.....why would anyone buy from the seller if there is clear evidence that the items are fake.

If the seller is in China there is little ebay Australia can do about it....the seller has to be reported to ebay China and if they choose to do nothing then the Australian site has no further say in it.

Does the seller have thousands of positives, though?  If the positives outweight the negatives enough, that's all that seems to really matter to keep them able to list on here.

It could be that they were supplied with a bunch of bad memory sticks and it's not their fault.

I have a very nice bridge for sale and will throw in an opera house if you pay by bank deposit.

I await your reply with hope and anticipation

This has been going on for years and eBay don't care as that's how some of their high volume sellers started,

(clean or dirty money is all the same to them as it's cash in the bank).

The "seller" that first started selling the fake Rainbow Rose seeds and some of these type of listings now has

a feedback score of over 1.1 million,(eBay have a 10% discount on Rainbow Rose seeds at present if you

buy from Aussie sellers).

Their current listing for 100 of these seeds has had over 4000 sales,(they generally start a fresh /updated

listing when they get towards 10,000).

They don't exist,(the same as the sticks will only be 16 to 32gb max as suppliers will claim that they have been

extended,eg: similar to over clocking on a PC.).

A high number of sellers in China simply list stuff that they receive from their suppliers and they may/will

have no knowledge of whether their description is accurate or not,stubborn_smiley_by_mirz123-d4bt0te_zps12f1a5a3.gif

I'll give you 30% more than your asking price if you throw in the Manly ferry. Cash deal.

Spoiler
I'm trying to make a better offer than that evil Padi. He'll wreck that bridge.

Tippy, I'm in the process of sending PJ large boxes of chokkies, huge bunches of flowers and a bucket of gold bars.........

When I recieve the bridge, the opera house, the seagulls and the ferry I will most certainly load the trebuchet with the last two and launch them in your direction.....................so there.

And I'll serenade your snoozes with these.        Frequently.
