Why is it a problem highlighting usernames of people who bid and never pay?

I've had a post removed about a payer that wasted my time for over a week.

Bid, win. No comms . No payment.

Why is giving the username (zero feedback by the way) a problem?

It is against board policy to Name and Shame.   Any posts that do so will be edited or removed.
