This has happened for the 3rd time, I have sold many of the same item and have previously proved the authenticity of the products that I sell, and I have authority from the manufacturer that makes the product providing that I do not sell internationally.
Frustrated that anyone wanting to be malicious can state that your product is not real and they remove the product for sale.
I have just spent since 7am this morning trying to contact them with NO success and even the website they tell you to go to does not allow you to contact them.
Asked them to return my call for another message to go to the ebay.com.au/sellerscentre to only read articals great guys well done with conflict management.
This last email that you can not reply to said that this is my last chance.....well I have news for you I have been on here since 2007 buying and selling thousands of items that will cease very soon.

same thing happened to us, our first ever claim against us in 21 years - Buyer claimed Parts Not Genuine - set of Hella Driving Lights - i sent proof to ebay, but ebay still sided with the Buyer - we lost the Lights and the Funds - I've been fighting with ebay for 5 months over this but with no luck to try and have the Lights returned - So i've stopped Selling on Ebay because there is no protection for me - its so easy for the Buyer to falsely say what ever they want, even if sellers prove the items are genuine Ebay will still back the Buyer 100%.

Also, EBay wonโt care if you sell here, or stop selling here. The removal of your products wonโt see eBay go broke, but how will you fare from removing yourself from this selling platform.
I donโt know how you can verify your product to eBayโs satisfaction, but there must be a way.
What is it that makes your buyers think your items are fake?

All buyers have 100%. Buyers can not receive neg feedback, only sellers can.
That's the reply I deleted, Jane.
I think they mean fb from their buyer to them.
Maybe if they go to chat and send through a screenshot of their authority from the company?
