A lot of the Items I list fall into the 1kg - 1.5kg catogory , However when I list the Item it only has 1kg-2kg as an option
So we are really paying the postage fees for 1.5kg to 2kg
Apart from the fact that Overseas buyers look at some of my Items & don,t buy them due to the higher postage costs
When they do buy the Item, I am finding that I have to Refund the difference ( I have no problems refunding the difference so they pay the actual postage price), Most times the difference is around $10
My Problem is that I am paying the Ebay Fees for the Higher postage rate without the option to list it at the correct weight
Also I would like to know if I sell 5 seperate items to one person & combine them together all with an indavidual postage cost of $7.20, Am I charged the Postage Fees on all 5 eg 5 x $7.20 = $36.00 or am I only charged Postage Fees on the real Combined Postage Price of $7.20 which is on the combined invoice ?
