Why isn't the money paid into my PayPal account that has been paid by the purchaser

Ebay I have just sold  two items

eBay item numbers 265625795088 and  265625770409

The person has shown me that she has paid by PayPal but so far neither of the payments have shown up in my PayPal account,

Ebay have already added the sellers cost into my account.

Could you please let me know why the deposits from the purchaser have not shown in my PayPal account

Payments are now processed through eBay's Managed Payments system, not Paypal. Have you signed up for that and verified it ?

The new Managed Payments system has been in place since July 2020.

You will need to change over and be verified via passport and drivers licence. FVF's are now taken upfront and the nett balance is sent to your verified bank account. There is no more Paypal for sellers.

There were dozens of messages sent out from Ebay and there should have been a banner in your Seller Hub about getting paid.

I would end all your listings until you get this figured out as funds will be on hold for a certain period of time after the sale because you are an infrequent seller. I would highly recommend that you go back to the sellers guide and have read of all the new information.

Your listings indicate than you have signed on to ebay managed payments, as such you should already be aware that your payments no longer go to your paypal account.   You should also be aware that as a new seller (only 2 recent sales showing), your funds will be held for 21 days.

Check under the payments tab to check the status of your payment,  also you should have a message from ebay stating that the item has been paid for and that you are now required to ship the item as per your handling time.
