Wow, in the category I sell in a $1 would make it the world better. Long ago in the past when they had insertion fees people only listed stuff which would sell and would price to sell.
Now there's a vast ocean to navigate of stuff that never sells, and way way over-priced items. As a buyer I need to wade through pages of things be relisted over and over and over, to find interesting items I'd buy.
