I got a buyer who purchased 6 items from me but never paid them. I went to look up his/her feedback ratings, which shows that there is zero negative feedback for this ebayer. However, I noticed four negative feedback against this buyer down in the feedback list. I am confused why these negative feedbacks are not reflected in his/her ratings. Does anybody know about this?

So true AFD. Anyone tried to place a classified ad in the paper lately? Holey moley, that ain't cheap! Despite all the combined fees, eBay is still far cheaper than a classie in the paper, especially Saturdays paper!

There is a big difference when selling items ranging from $500 and above on a regular basis to $6 items. I have no problem with seller fees my arguement is to why is ebay trying to force sellers into giving free postage to buyers when ebay receives a final value fee that's to be expected, paypal fee same company?...and if free postage is not given ebay charges a fee on postage also. How much more do seller's have to pay?

Maybe in a twisted way they figure you're paying the fees any way, it may look more appealing to buyers if you list with 'free postage'. As long as sellers incorporate the postage into their price, then they are paying the same fees anyway. Some sellers forget and will advertise an item for a buy it now of $1 with free postage. Madness!
When you look at some of the Chinese sellers, they will have 2 auctions the same. One will start with say $9.99 and free postage and the other will start at 1c with $9.99 postage. More people will bid on the free postage item.
I'm probably risking getting my post removed here and getting a slap, but with the type of items you sell Butchy, they are hot property on the facebook buy swap and sell sites. I know in my area, those items are snapped up within minutes of them being listed.

As much as the powers that be can wring out of us I suspect lol.
@OP ... why don't you set your buyer prefs to block 2 or more NP Strikes in 12 months ?
There have been heaps of NPB's lately.
I think the only way buyers will ever stop is if a large majority of sellers start using the blocks.
