100% i would say it's a scam........Who in there right mind would sell a
item like this at such a low price seller 0% feedback also i certainly
would not buy or trust.
Really Gem is correct buyer won auction fair and square..........But if
it was a honest mistake you can try to resolve the issue by sending a
cancel sale request to buyer, If they are not willing to accept this you
should contact ebay and explain you...

This seems to be going on a lot on ebay, I have reported this seller 3
times to ebay but listed once again 141361137759 ebay really needs to
knuckle down on this
