Wish I could warn you guys about my latest buyer:

16 negs left for sellers, with lots of "did not arrive"

Must be Australia's unlukiest buyer.

She's just bought from me, so I have yet to send her item.

I will, of course, add tracking at my expense.

You would have done very well from OCR....I am still amazed at how popular it was/is.

Most of my friends thought I was mad for not having it as my dinner set when I was working for the importer when it first arrived in Australia.   I went with Royal Tuscan instead and have never regretted it.

I could never find one that was quite right for me - until I visited the factory outlet in Stoke-on-Trent and fell head over heels in love with Celebration (never available in Australia). I bought three settings (seconds but very good ones) and cycled about 50 kms with it in the bike basket but it was the last day of my trip so it was okay. The plane was half empty so they allowed me to have it in my hand luggage. I bought the rest on ebay a few years later, mainly from Canada.

ebay dont care they dont do nothing about this buyer

shes just out to destroy sellers feedback

Is that the Royal Albert Celebration.....the red and white roses pattern?

I actually have a trio in that pattern as it came in a teachest of samples.  Any pattern that was not picked up for sale in Australia was sold off as samples....the staff got first choice and I jumped on that one.

I actually have a number of trios in patterns that were never on sale here as well as a huge number of sugar and creamer sets.

Yes, burgundy, red and white. Sort of similar to Old Country Roses but without the horrible yellow. I must sell off a few plates and bowls in it because I have too many that have never been used. I've got some mugs but I doubt I'd ever get my money back on them.

This one is a "tame" one compared to yours,(those 16 negs are in their last 170 feedback comments).

Your "buyer/scammer" is a lot worse as they posted 18 negs out of the last 20 feedback comments,(they are

still registered,which makes no sense at all).

Trust & Safety don't seem to exist anymore as nothing has been done about them and the same goes for all

the other scammers reported in the last month,(one of which was reported on the 3rd of August and they

now have over 70 negs with comments stating that it's a scam/scammer,etc).

Their latest reply,(had to start a fresh report as the character limit was reached on the first

report after 4 replies when nothing was being done):

Before we take action, we consider the circumstances of a report and the member's Feedback, as

well as any previous warnings or offences.

To be fair to all members, we won't take action unless a complaint can be proven with certainty.

You may not be able to see the actions we took on this member’s account.

I assure you that they were already restricted.

One thing for sure, if they hit the limit of violation, their account may be suspended in the future.

So they restricted them from selling,(that means in a month they can start listing again).

They may be suspended in the future?,(they are a scammer and should be NARU'd),

Can you do what I have done and follow the buyer that is leaving those negs so we can update our BBL.

It might be a different buyer.

i keep looking every few days

how ebay do not see anything wrong with this buyer is beyond anything ive ever encounted on here

anyone with an iq could see theres somthing wrong with this buyer

Colin, no-one else can see who you are talking about.

The only member you are following is a member who is no longer registered.  Cushioncovers is asking you to put her on your list of members you are following so we can all see who she is.
