Wish I could warn you guys about my latest buyer:
16 negs left for sellers, with lots of "did not arrive"
Must be Australia's unlukiest buyer.
She's just bought from me, so I have yet to send her item.
I will, of course, add tracking at my expense.
Fingers crossed.

Yes, I know but I thought it wouldn't hurt to try again.
I don't think he understands what is meant....just because he is watching them doesn't mean anyone else can do so.

I've not heard of this.....how do I go about seeing who it is if this seller 'Follows' the buyer?

Just click on the Op's feedback score and then click on their 'View eBay My World' and then scroll down to 'Following'
Click on that users ID and then 'See all feedback' and then click on 'Feedback left for others'.

The only member you are following is a member who is no longer registered. Cushioncovers is asking you to put her on your list of members you are following so we can all see who she is.
They've been added,

They've added another 3 negatives for sellers,
Received on 9/9/16:
this issue has already been escalated to the appropriate department so they can initiate a review on the member's account. If they're found to be in violation of any of our policies, I can tell you right now, they'll be sanctioned according
We can all see that happening right!

Add this type of inaction by eBay towards scammers Taz, their inability to curb Asian sellers/scammers and the ruthless actions on small/medium sellers here shows why both buyers and sellers are getting progressively disenchanted with eBay as a selling/buying platform.
Over the last few years I've seen about 25% of my followed sellers pull out of using eBay for the above reasons, with many of the remaining sellers experiencing very low sales through both BINs and auctions.
Shades of Setting the Fox to Rule the Chicken Coop methinks..........................
It's a crying shame that eBay CS and Trust and Safety don't actively read the boards and take on board their members righteous grievances on the way they run/police their platform.
Blind Freddy can see what's happening so why the hell can't they ?????
Too wrapped up in individual "Empire Building" I'd suspect.................. or simply don't give a rat's so long as they get paid for the less than mediocre job that they do.

I'd like to know why our boards aren't like the UK and USA boards, where they have
a manager and ebay staff actually help out on the boards.
Any suggestions are actually listened to on those boards
