Sold an item. Buyer claims it arrived damaged but will not send photos of item as says cannot attach to message & has asked for my email address (which I obviously cannot send). Do I just cut my losses and refund, I don't know if its true or not (item is damaged) - have sent this item before several times without issue. Guessing I am going to wear the loss as its the buyers word against mine.

No such thing in Australia, sellers actually have some rights here, few as they may be. (You have perhaps turned right at Albuquerque, as you've landed in the ebay AU forums 😉 ).
and they came via manchester

As said on the other old, old thread you dragged up to post the same 'information'
This is Australia
The member you are replying to who made their comment over 8 years ago has since passed away
Not sure your point in coming to the forum for eBay Australia and dragging up thread almost a decade old to post totally irrelevant information twice over (at least)
