Wrong account

Hello, I’m confused about why I haven’t received my payment for the item I sold. I noticed there are two credit cards connected to my account — one ending in 7658 and another ending in 6449. My actual bank account/card is the one ending in 6449.

Could you please check if the payment was sent to the other card/account by mistake and help transfer it to the correct account ending in 6449? Thank you.

Nobody here can check your payout.

 

Your payout won't go to a credit card... it will go to your bank account. The very bank account you provided and verified when signing up for managed payments.

 

The payments section of your eBay account will have details of any payouts sent to your bank account - including the last 4 digits of the account number used. Start by checking there.

Other members are not able to do as you request

 

Did you actually fully complete sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before you listed?

 

You will not be paid until you do otherwise

 

Even *if* you did, as required, the hold of up to 30 days on your funds you agreed to when listing really does apply, and your only sold item is April 24 , so a while to go yet (especially when the buyer has not left positive feedback)
