For the last couple of months I’ve had such a drop off in views on my items it’s hardly worth it anymore. I haven’t done anything different. I’m almost ready to give up except that I have a wardrobe full of unsold clothes. Any suggestions would be most gratefully received.

It's probably because buyers are getting sick of being ripped off and scammed by sellers on Ebay that quite a lot have started buying on Amazon instead, and I'll be one of those moving over there soon to do my buying as I'm sick of wasting my money in here having to deal with Chinese sellers with their marked up pricing of their shoddy **bleep** and ripping you off in the process.

And if people say that's not the reason then they are deluded, because "Feedback" doesn't lie especially when there is multiple posts saying the same thing about a seller.

And sadly that affect every seller on Ebay even if they are honest as a lot of people don't want to risk being ripped off, so they go elsewhere to find "honest" sellers with reasonable prices.

From what I have read, second hand clothing is a hard area on ebay. Lots of competition.

I had a look at some of your listings. As far as I can see at a glance, they look good. The photos are varied and clear and show the items well.

You give good descriptions and measurements. You highlight any faults.

So I don't think the fault is on your side.

Perhaps things will pick up in the new year, but at the moment a lot of people are battling rising living costs and Christmas is just round the corner so buying things for themselves is on the back burner.

I often used to buy the occasional second hand item in near new condition on ebay, especially for children's clothing, but it has been years since I bought anything like that for myself.

These days, most brands have their own clearance websites and when it comes to clothes, not sure if the younger women would think of ebay.

You could try marketplace on facebook, but people can try to beat you down on prices there.

Just say prices are firm.

Did you even bother to read the OP?

Your comments have nothing to do with the OP's problem.

Are you accusing the OP of being a scammer?

And I wasn't aware that Amazon sold used clothing.

Get a grip and read in future.

Hang in there!

Hardly anyone is buying summer clothes at the moment with this unseasonable cool and wet weather.

As soon as we get our first hot summer’s day, buyers will be desperate to get new additions to their wardrobe.
