a hand please?

can someone do me a favour please and check a listing from the seller australiapoststore?

Whenever i go to a listing from this seller all i see is a thin 1 inch strip down the right side of page.

The rest is blank.

I'm wondering if the pages are displaying like this for everyone or just me? thanks

Re: a hand please?

Go to site map at bottom of your ebay page click on it and then click on find a member as a seller, type in australiapoststore and that will bring you to their site hopefully?

Re: a hand please?

Yes, I always have this trouble - I asked Aust Post what was wrong but they deny everything.

What I did find though is if I want to read the information, I cut and paste the description - which feels funny because it is not there - but trust me - and when I paste it into word I can see all the description.   Weird, ey?

Re: a hand please?

strange.

If i click on a link on the page it loads a new page and that reads fine.

Whenever i click directly on a listing the page doesnt load properly.

I tried going through site map, find a meber etc, same thing.

Has to be a display or page setting my end.

I'll work it out

Thanks guys.

Re: a hand please?

another way of reading it curraone.
I'm using firefox and by clicking the view button, next to file, edit, history, tools etc tabs very top left page,
(depending on how you have your page setup i suppose?)
Scroill down to page style and choose no style.
It doesnt display everything but at least the text is readable.
Just go back and select basic page style or whatever your setting is afterwards.
